Oliver Heldens in New York

Oliver Heldens is a Dutch DJ and producer, born in Rotterdam in 1995, who plays bass-driven house and techno. He became known through “Gecko” and its Becky Hill vocal version, “Gecko (Overdrive),” followed by tracks including “Koala” and the Riton collaboration “Turn Me On.” In 2015, he performed at Coachella and Ultra Music Festival in Miami. Those appearances were followed by sets at EDC Las Vegas and Tomorrowland. His shows are DJ sets built around his own productions and house releases from his Heldeep label. He also performs tougher techno under the name HI-LO.
