Orlin Goranov in Sofia

Orlin Goranov is a Bulgarian pop singer and operatic tenor, born in Berkovitsa in 1957. He won first prize at the Golden Orpheus festival in 1981 with “Svetat e za dvama,” which became one of his signature songs. His repertoire also includes “Detski spomen,” recorded as a duet with Kristina Dimitrova. After completing classical vocal training at the Bulgarian State Conservatory, he became a soloist at Plovdiv Opera and performed in productions including La traviata, La bohème and The Magic Flute. He has maintained a parallel concert repertoire in pop music, including duet performances with Kristina Dimitrova.
