Artist
Ost+Front are a German industrial-metal band formed in Berlin in 2008. Their music belongs to the Neue Deutsche Härte tradition, built around heavy guitar riffs, electronic rhythms and German-language vocals. The band introduced its recorded sound on the album Ave Maria, followed by releases including Olympia, Ultra, Adrenalin and Dein Helfer in der Not; songs such as “Ich liebe es” and “Fiesta de sexo” became established parts of its catalogue. Ost+Front gave their first concert at M’era Luna Festival in 2011. The appearance placed the band directly before the German dark-music festival audience, and subsequent live work included performances at Wave-Gotik-Treffen in Leipzig and Amphi Festival in Cologne.
