Ours is an American alternative rock band formed in New Jersey and led by singer and songwriter Jimmy Gnecco. The band is known for Gnecco’s wide-ranging vocals, the album Distorted Lullabies, and songs including “Sometimes” and “Drowning”; later records include Precious and Mercy. In 2001, Ours supported The Cult after the release of Distorted Lullabies, bringing its full-band rock performances to theatres and clubs. The band later opened concerts for Marilyn Manson.
