Pancho Barraza in Oaxaca City

Pancho Barraza is a Mexican singer-songwriter from Juan José Ríos, Sinaloa, born in 1961. He is known for romantic banda and ranchera songs, including “Mi enemigo el amor,” “Ignoraste mis lágrimas” and “Música romántica,” as well as the album Mis Canciones de Amor. In 1991, Pancho Barraza joined Banda Los Recoditos and spent several years performing with the group before beginning his solo career in 1995. He has since toured in Mexico and the United States, presenting his catalog with a full banda ensemble led by Pancho Barraza.
