Pandji Pragiwaksono in San Diego

Pandji Pragiwaksono is an Indonesian stand-up comedian, writer, actor, director, television presenter and rapper, born in Jakarta in 1979. He was among the founders of the Stand Up Indo community and is known for comedy about politics, national identity and public life, as well as the media project Provocative Proactive. The Mesakke Bangsaku World Tour took his Indonesian-language stand-up overseas, followed by the Juru Bicara World Tour, which concluded at the Jakarta Convention Center in 2016. He subsequently mounted the Pragiwaksono World Tour, then toured further solo shows under the titles Komoidoumenoi and Mens Rea.
