Paul Cauthen is an American country singer-songwriter from East Texas whose music draws on honky-tonk, gospel and rock. After performing in the duo Sons of Fathers, he began a solo career with the album My Gospel. Room 41 produced two of his best-known songs, “Cocaine Country Dancing” and “Big Velvet,” while Country Coming Down extended his catalog of baritone-led outlaw country. Paul Cauthen toured with a full band behind Room 41 and later Country Coming Down, moving through clubs, theatres and festival stages around the United States. His festival appearances have included Stagecoach in California and Austin City Limits Music Festival in Texas, and he has also performed at Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry.
The Wilder Blue is an American country band formed in Texas by singer-songwriter Zane Williams. First known as Hill Country, the group plays harmony-led country rock and is known for songs including “Dixie Darlin’” and “Palomino Gold,” as well as the albums The Wilder Blue and Super Natural. The Wilder Blue has headlined Texas rooms including Gruene Hall and Billy Bob’s Texas. In 2024, the band brought its full-band set to stadium audiences as a supporting act on Luke Combs’ Growin’ Up and Gettin’ Old Tour.
