About Pedro The Lion

Pedro the Lion is an American indie-rock project formed in Seattle in 1995 by singer-songwriter David Bazan. Its restrained, emotionally direct songs became known through albums including It’s Hard to Find a Friend, Winners Never Quit, Control and Achilles Heel.

Pedro the Lion returned to touring in 2018 after ending its original run in 2006. The Control 20th Anniversary Tour in 2022 presented the album in full, and the Achilles Heel 20th Anniversary Tour followed in 2024 with a complete performance of that record.
