Peelander-Z Tickets & 2026–2027 Tour Dates

Peelander-Z is a Japanese punk-rock band formed in New York City in 1998. Its members perform as color-coded characters, pairing short, fast songs with a comic-book mythology; “Ninja High Schooool” and “S.T.E.A.K.” are among the band’s best-known tracks.

Peelander-Z performed at Bonnaroo and on the Vans Warped Tour during years of club touring across the United States. Life on the road was later captured in the documentary Mad Tiger, which follows Peelander Yellow’s decision to leave and its effect on the group.

The concerts combine a full-band punk set with choreographed comedy and audience-participation routines, including human bowling and percussion played on pots and pans. Peelander-Z has presented that format at Austin’s SXSW.
