Pegboy is an American punk rock band formed in Chicago in 1990 by former Naked Raygun guitarist John Haggerty, vocalist Larry Damore, bassist Steve Saylors and drummer Joe Haggerty. The band is known for direct, melodic hardcore heard on “Strong Reaction” and across the albums Strong Reaction, Fore, Earwig and Cha Cha Damore. Pegboy toured behind Strong Reaction and the records that followed during the 1990s, then returned for intermittent reunion concerts and appearances at Riot Fest. The full-band sets are built around Larry Damore’s vocals, John Haggerty’s guitar and Joe Haggerty’s drums.
