Pendulum are an Australian-born electronic band formed in Perth in the early 2000s, known for fusing drum and bass with rock and festival-ready dance music. They broke through with the album "Hold Your Colour" and later cemented their reputation with tracks like "Slam", "Blood Sugar", "Propane Nightmares", "Granite" and "Watercolour". The group have operated both as a full live band and as a DJ/production outfit, with members also involved in the Knife Party project.

They first built their name in clubs and drum and bass nights in Australia and the UK, then moved on to full live shows that took their studio productions onto big stages with drums, guitars, synths and visuals. Pendulum went on to headline and high-bill major festivals such as Glastonbury, Download, Reading and Leeds and T in the Park, and they have played large venues from Brixton Academy and Wembley Arena in London to arenas across Europe. Alongside the band shows, Pendulum DJ sets have appeared at club events and dance festivals around the world.
