Phil Wang in Tunbridge Wells

Phil Wang is a British-Malaysian stand-up comedian, writer and actor, born in Stoke-on-Trent in 1990 and raised in Malaysia. His screen work includes the seventh series of Taskmaster and appearances on Live at the Apollo, while his writing includes the book Sidesplitter. At the 2017 Edinburgh Festival Fringe, he presented Kinabalu, which was nominated for the festival’s Best Show prize. The Netflix special Philly Philly Wang Wang was later recorded at the London Palladium. His UK and Ireland tour Wang in There, Baby! also became a Netflix special, filmed at Shakespeare’s Globe.
