Pierre-Yves Roy-Desmarais is a Canadian comedian and musician from Laval, Quebec, known for absurdist stand-up, comic songs and piano-based routines. His first solo show, Jokes Chapeau Maman Magie Piano, brought those elements together with physical comedy. In 2017, he won En route vers mon premier gala, a competition presented by Juste pour rire. He later toured his solo show across Quebec and closed its run in 2023 with La fin du show at Montreal’s Bell Centre.
