Piet Klocke in Dortmund

Piet Klocke is a German cabaret performer, actor, musician and writer who was born in Bremen. He is best known for Professor Schmitt-Hindemith, a flustered stage character whose unfinished sentences, sudden digressions and verbal misunderstandings shape Klocke’s comedy. Piet Klocke has toured German theatres and cabaret venues with programs including “Hip Hop für Angestellte” and “Kühe grasen nicht, sie sprechen mit der Erde.” He also developed “Das geht alles von Ihrer Zeit ab” with violinist Simone Sonnenschein, combining comic monologues and musical exchanges in their stage partnership.
