About Poco
Poco is an American country-rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1968 around former Buffalo Springfield members Richie Furay and Jim Messina. Its early albums include Pickin’ Up the Pieces and A Good Feelin’ to Know. The 1978 album Legend featured two of the band’s best-known songs: Rusty Young’s “Crazy Love” and Paul Cotton’s “Heart of the Night.”
Poco began playing the Troubadour soon after forming in 1968. In 1970, the band recorded performances for its first concert album, Deliverin’, at Boston Music Hall and the Felt Forum in New York.
