Porfi Baloa Y Sus Adolescentes in Santiago

Porfi Baloa Y Sus Adolescentes is a Venezuelan salsa orchestra founded in Caracas in the 1990s by keyboardist, composer and arranger Porfi Baloa. Also known as Adolescent's Orquesta, the group established its repertoire through songs including “Anhelo,” “Persona Ideal” and “Virgen.” Since the 1990s, the orchestra has taken that repertoire to concerts across Latin America, the United States and Europe. Its shows use a full salsa ensemble and multiple vocalists, while the keyboards and musical direction remain in the hands of Porfi Baloa.
