Porter Robinson in Houston

Porter Robinson is an American electronic musician, producer and singer-songwriter born in 1992 in Atlanta and raised in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. He first became known for electro-house tracks such as “Language,” then turned toward melodic electronic pop on the album Worlds, which includes “Sad Machine.” His other major works include “Shelter,” made with Madeon, and the albums Nurture and Smile! :D. The Worlds Live tour began in 2014 and presented the album through a synchronized audiovisual set. Porter Robinson and Madeon followed it with the 2016–17 Shelter Live Tour, which concluded at Coachella. He later sang and played instruments during the Nurture Live Tour, including a 2021 performance at his Second Sky festival in Oakland, before touring with a full band on the Smile! :D World Tour.
