Portico Quartet Tickets & 2026–2027 Tour Dates

Portico Quartet are a British instrumental group formed in London in 2005, playing modern jazz shaped by ambient electronics and the resonant sound of the hang. Their debut album, Knee-Deep in the North Sea, was nominated for the Mercury Prize, while later releases include Isla, Art in the Age of Automation and Memory Streams.

The quartet first built an audience by busking outside the National Theatre on the South Bank. Album tours later took their saxophone, bass, drums, hang and electronic setup into clubs and theatres, alongside performances at Glastonbury Festival and WOMAD.
