Pretty Sick is an American alternative-rock band formed in New York City in 2014 by singer and bassist Sabrina Fuentes. Their music draws on grunge, garage rock and punk, heard on the EPs Deep Divine and Come Down and the debut album Makes Me Sick Makes Me Smile. “Dumb” and “Allen Street” are among their best-known songs. Pretty Sick played Reading and Leeds Festivals in 2021, followed by club dates in Britain and the United States around the debut album. In 2023, the band performed at Coachella.
Sex Week is a band formed in 2022 that plays indie pop, indie rock, indie folk and experimental pop. Pearl Amanda Dickson provides lead vocals and is credited as a composer on “Cockpit,” while Rolling Stone featured “Angel Blessings” in its weekly music roundup. NME selected the group for its 2025 list of essential emerging artists. Sex Week performed at the 2025 Abortion Access Benefit in New York among the event’s local and independent acts. In March 2026, the band supported Mitski for three performances at The Shed.
