Prince Daddy & the Hyena is an American emo-punk band formed in Albany, New York, in 2014. Led by singer and guitarist Kory Gregory, the group is known for the albums I Thought You Didn’t Even Like Leaving, Cosmic Thrill Seekers and Prince Daddy & the Hyena, as well as songs including “I Forgot to Take My Meds Today” and “Lauren (Track 2).” Prince Daddy & the Hyena built its live history through North American club tours, including runs with Mom Jeans and Oso Oso. Those tours led to appearances at larger punk and emo gatherings, including The Fest in Gainesville.
