Artist
Ray LaMontagne is an American singer-songwriter, born in Nashua, New Hampshire, in 1973. His music draws on folk, soul and rock, and he became known through the album Trouble and songs including “Trouble,” “Jolene” and “You Are the Best Thing.” God Willin’ & the Creek Don’t Rise, recorded with the Pariah Dogs, won the Grammy Award for Best Contemporary Folk Album. The 2016 Ouroboros Tour brought his psychedelic-leaning album of the same name to theatres with a full band. The 2017 Just Passing Through tour centered on acoustic performances, followed by the full-band Part of the Light Tour in 2018. He later returned to North American theatres on the 2022 Monovision Tour.
