Raz Dwa Trzy in Jastrzębie Zdrój

Raz Dwa Trzy is a Polish band formed in Zielona Góra in 1990 by singer, guitarist and songwriter Adam Nowak and fellow students. Its music draws on rock, folk, jazz and the Polish sung-poetry tradition, with Nowak’s narrative lyrics at the centre. The group is known for albums including Cztery and Niecud, and songs such as “Trudno nie wierzyć w nic,” “Czarna Inez” and “Nikt nikogo (i tak warto żyć).” In 1990, Raz Dwa Trzy won the Grand Prix at the Studencki Festiwal Piosenki in Kraków soon after forming. Its later concert repertoire included programmes devoted to the songs of Agnieszka Osiecka and Wojciech Młynarski, performed by the full band in theatres and concert halls. Three decades after its debut, the group marked the anniversary through the concert programme 30 lat jak jeden koncert.
