About Red Rum Club
Red Rum Club are a six-piece English indie-rock band formed in Liverpool in 2016. A prominent trumpet gives their guitar-led songs a distinctive brass accent. They are known for tracks including “Would You Rather Be Lonely?” and “Eleanor,” and for the albums Matador, The Hollow of Humdrum and Western Approaches.
The 2024 Western Approaches tour brought the band to a hometown headline date at M&S Bank Arena. Red Rum Club have also performed their full-band set at Glastonbury Festival and the Isle of Wight Festival.
