Rhett Walker is an American singer-songwriter who plays Christian rock shaped by Southern rock, country and gospel. He first recorded as the frontman of Rhett Walker Band, whose debut album, Come to the River, included “When Mercy Found Me.” His later releases under his own name include “Believer,” “Gospel Song” and “Man on the Middle Cross.” His full-band appearances at Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry have included performances of “Gospel Song” and “Man on the Middle Cross.”
