Rhonda Vincent in Reidsville

Rhonda Vincent is an American bluegrass singer and mandolin player, born in 1962 in Kirksville, Missouri. She began performing in her family’s group, The Sally Mountain Show, before establishing a solo career. Her best-known recordings include the albums The Storm Still Rages and One Step Ahead, as well as the song “Kentucky Borderline.” Rhonda Vincent has toured for decades with her band The Rage, appearing at bluegrass festivals, theatres and country-music venues. The group documented its stage repertoire on Ragin’ Live, recorded at the Sheldon Concert Hall in St. Louis. Her long association with the Grand Ole Opry led to her induction as a member in 2021.
