Rittz in Iowa City

Rittz is an American rapper raised in Gwinnett County outside Atlanta, known for rapid, tightly packed verses over Southern hip-hop production. His White Jesus mixtape and debut album The Life and Times of Jonny Valiant established his solo career, while “Switch Lanes” with Mike Posner and “In My Zone” with Mike Posner and B.o.B became central tracks in his catalogue. In 2013, Rittz joined Tech N9ne’s Independent Powerhouse Tour, performing in clubs and theatres as part of a Strange Music package. Later that year, he led The Life and Times Tour with Snow Tha Product and Jarren Benton.
