His best-known songs include “If You’re Going Through Hell (Before the Devil Even Knows),” “Watching You,” “These Are My People,” “Cleaning This Gun (Come On In Boy)” and “Take a Back Road.” The Take a Back Road Tour featured Rodney Atkins as the headliner, supported by Josh Thompson and Frankie Ballard.
