About Romy
Romy is an English singer, songwriter, guitarist and DJ, born in London in 1989. She is a member of The xx, whose sparse indie pop brought her voice and guitar work to a wide audience, and her solo music centres on house and electronic pop. Her debut solo album, Mid Air, includes “Strong,” “Enjoy Your Life,” “Loveher” and “She’s on My Mind.”
In 2023, Romy performed solo material at Glastonbury Festival and presented Club Mid Air at the Roundhouse. She took the album to further festival stages in 2024, including Coachella.
