Ron White is an American stand-up comedian and actor, born in Fritch, Texas, in 1956. He is known for dry, autobiographical storytelling, the nickname “Tater Salad,” and solo specials including They Call Me Tater Salad, You Can’t Fix Stupid and A Little Unprofessional. Beginning in 2000, Ron White toured arenas and theatres across the United States on the Blue Collar Comedy Tour alongside Jeff Foxworthy, Bill Engvall and Larry the Cable Guy. The production ran for several years and yielded two concert films before solo theatre and casino engagements again became the main live format for Ron White.
