Ronnie Romero in Aschaffenburg

Ronnie Romero is a Chilean hard-rock and heavy-metal singer, born in Santiago in 1981. He became known as the frontman of Lords of Black and as the vocalist chosen by Ritchie Blackmore for the revived Rainbow. His recorded work includes the Lords of Black albums Lords of Black and II, plus the solo album Too Many Lies, Too Many Masters. In 2016, he fronted Rainbow at the Monsters of Rock concerts at Freilichtbühne Loreley and Birmingham’s Genting Arena, part of the group’s first rock performances in nearly two decades. Recordings from that run formed the live release Memories in Rock. He later toured as a lead vocalist for Michael Schenker Group after appearing on the albums Immortal and Universal.
