ROTH BART BARON in Hamamatsu

ROTH BART BARON is a Japanese musical project based in Tokyo, playing indie rock, folk and alternative rock. Masaya Mifune and drummer Tetsuya Nakahara formed the project in 2008 after meeting at junior high school and later playing together at university; Tetsuya Nakahara left in 2020. Its albums include ROTH BART BARON'S THE ICE AGE, ATOM, HEX, HOWL and 8, and the project composed and recorded the soundtrack for the film My Small Land. A North American release tour followed in 2014, and the project toured Asia in 2016. ROTH BART BARON has also performed at Summer Sonic and returned to Fuji Rock in 2023.
