Ruben Hein in Haarlem

Ruben Hein is a Dutch pianist, singer and songwriter, born in 1982, whose music draws on jazz harmony and melodic pop. He established his recording career with the album Loose Fit, followed by releases including Hopscotch and Groundwork Rising. The Concertgebouw in Amsterdam chose Ruben Hein as an artist in residence, where he presented a series of concerts under his own name. He has also performed at the North Sea Jazz Festival and sung and played piano with the Metropole Orkest.
