About Rulo y la contrabanda
Rulo y la Contrabanda is a Spanish rock band formed in 2010 by singer-songwriter Raúl Gutiérrez, known as Rulo, after he left La Fuga. The group established its guitar-led sound on albums including Señales de humo and Especies en extinción, with songs such as “Cabecita loca,” “Mi cenicienta” and “Heridas del rock & roll.”
Tours supporting those first two albums preceded a special 2014 concert at Castillo de Argüeso in Cantabria. The performance was documented on the live album and concert film Una noche en el castillo.
