Artist
Rush was a Canadian rock trio formed in Toronto in 1968. The classic lineup of Geddy Lee, Alex Lifeson and Neil Peart played progressive and hard rock, and became known for albums including 2112, Moving Pictures and Permanent Waves, as well as songs such as “Tom Sawyer,” “The Spirit of Radio” and “Limelight.” The Vapor Trails Tour returned Rush to the road in 2002 after a five-year break and ended with stadium concerts in Brazil, including a performance at Maracanã in Rio de Janeiro recorded for Rush in Rio. The Time Machine Tour later featured Moving Pictures in full. In 2015, the R40 Live Tour concluded at the Forum in Los Angeles, the trio’s final performance.
