Ryota Fujimaki in Osaka

Ryota Fujimaki is a Japanese singer-songwriter and guitarist, best known as the vocalist and principal songwriter of the rock band Remioromen. His writing includes the band’s signature songs “Konayuki” and “Sangatsu Kokonoka”; after Remioromen went on hiatus, he began a solo career with releases including “Hikari wo Atsumete” and the album Ookami Seinen. In 2018, Fujimaki founded and performed at the outdoor festival Mt. FUJIMAKI at Yamanakako Communication Plaza Kirara in Yamanashi Prefecture. He later presented his Premium Concert series in a concert-hall setting, performing solo and Remioromen songs with orchestral arrangements at Suntory Hall in Tokyo.
