Artist
Ryuichi Kawamura is a Japanese singer-songwriter, born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1970, and the lead vocalist of the rock band Luna Sea. He launched his solo career in 1997, establishing a pop-rock and ballad repertoire through the album Love and songs including “I love you,” “Glass” and “BEAT.” Ryuichi Kawamura began giving solo concerts in 1997 alongside his work with Luna Sea. He later established the recurring No Mic, No Speakers series, built around singing in concert halls without vocal amplification. In 2011, he performed 100 songs in a single marathon concert at Nippon Budokan.
