Sam Roberts Band in Ottawa

Sam Roberts Band is a Canadian rock group from Montreal led by singer-songwriter and guitarist Sam Roberts. The album We Were Born in a Flame established the group’s catalogue with “Brother Down,” “Don’t Walk Away Eileen” and “Where Have All the Good People Gone?,” followed by records including Chemical City and Love at the End of the World. In 2003, the group, then billed under Sam Roberts’s name, performed at Molson Canadian Rocks for Toronto at Downsview Park. Two years later, it joined the Canadian Live 8 concert at Park Place in Barrie.
