Samiam in Cologne

Samiam is an American punk rock band formed in Berkeley, California, in 1988 by singer Jason Beebout and guitarist Sergie Loobkoff. Their melodic punk, emo and post-hardcore catalog includes the albums Clumsy, You Are Freaking Me Out, Astray and Stowaway, as well as songs such as “Capsized” and “She Found You.” In 1992, Samiam toured Europe with Green Day, part of a long history of club touring on both sides of the Atlantic. The concert album Live in a Dive, released in 2003, documented the band’s set at Bottom of the Hill in San Francisco.
