Sandi Thom & Ben Poole in Copenhagen

Sandi Thom is a Scottish singer-songwriter and guitarist, born in Banff in 1981. Her acoustic pop and rock songs reached a wide audience through “I Wish I Was a Punk Rocker (With Flowers in My Hair)” and her debut album, Smile... It Confuses People. In 2006, she broadcast the 21 Nights from Tooting concert series from a basement flat in London. Later that year, she supported George Michael on dates from his 25 Live tour.

Ben Poole is an English blues-rock guitarist, singer and songwriter born in 1987. His catalogue includes the albums Let’s Go Upstairs, Time Has Come and Anytime You Need Me, all centered on his guitar playing and vocals. Live at the Royal Albert Hall documented an early landmark performance in London. Trio /// Live ’19 later captured his electric three-piece on the road, while Acoustic Duo Live preserved a concert format built around two guitars and vocals. The United Kingdom is the base for much of his concert work, while he also performs frequently in Germany and the Netherlands.
