Sebastian Krämer is a German chansonnier and singer-songwriter, born in Bad Oeynhausen in 1975 and raised in Kalletal. His albums include Schlaflieder zum Wachbleiben, Akademie der Sehnsucht and Liebeslieder an deine Tante. He won the individual German-language Poetry Slam championship in 2001 and 2003, and his honours also include the Deutscher Kleinkunstpreis and a special award from the Deutscher Kabarettpreis. From 1992 to 1995, Sebastian Krämer presented his first cabaret programmes at Freiburg’s Theatercafé. After moving to Berlin in 1996, he performed at Scheinbar-Varieté, Zebrano-Theater and the Grüner Salon at the Volksbühne. He also formed the duo Ars Flokati with Hagen Damwerth, and they played a three-week engagement at Cologne’s Senftöpfchen.
