Session Victim are a German house duo formed in 2007 by Hauke Freer and Matthias Reiling. Their sample-rich deep house is represented by albums including The Haunted House of House, See You When You Get There and Listen to Your Heart. A filmed Boiler Room performance in Berlin documented their hardware-based live setup. Freer and Reiling use samplers, drum machines and keyboards to rework their own tracks on stage, a format they also presented at Dekmantel Festival in Amsterdam.
