About Shadmehr Aghili
Shadmehr Aghili is an Iranian singer, composer and multi-instrumentalist, born in Tehran in 1973. His Persian pop draws on rock instrumentation, and his best-known work includes the albums Mosafer and Dehati, as well as songs such as “Taghdir,” “Aghoosh” and “Hesse Khoobieh.”
After moving to Canada, Shadmehr Aghili gave concerts for Persian-speaking audiences in Toronto and later performed in Los Angeles. He also took his full-band pop repertoire to London and Istanbul.
