SID is a Japanese rock band formed in 2003 and associated with the visual kei scene. Vocalist Mao, guitarist Shinji, bassist Aki and drummer Yūya are known for songs including “Monochrome no Kiss,” “Uso” and “Rain,” all used in major anime series, and for albums such as Hikari and M&W. In 2008, SID marked its major-label debut with a concert at Nippon Budokan. The band followed that milestone by performing at Tokyo Dome in 2010, then celebrated its tenth anniversary with an outdoor concert at Yokohama Stadium in 2013.
