About Showtek
Showtek is a Dutch electronic duo formed in Eindhoven in 2001 by brothers Sjoerd and Wouter Janssen. The albums Today Is Tomorrow and Analogue Players in a Digital World document their hardstyle roots, while “Booyah,” “Cannonball” and the David Guetta collaboration “Bad” brought big-room house and EDM into their catalog.
Showtek played Qlimax and Defqon.1 during their hardstyle years. As their music moved toward house, the brothers took their two-person DJ sets to Tomorrowland and Ultra Music Festival.
