Shudder To Think in Philadelphia

Shudder To Think is an American rock band formed in Washington, D.C., in 1986. Led by singer and guitarist Craig Wedren, the group developed an angular strain of post-hardcore marked by shifting rhythms and melodic vocals. Its best-known records include the Dischord release Get Your Goat and the major-label albums Pony Express Record and 50,000 B.C. After reuniting in 2007, Shudder To Think returned for a series of 2008 performances that included Virgin Mobile Festival in Baltimore. The concert album Live from Home later documented shows from that reunion run at New York’s Bowery Ballroom.
