SHY FX in Leeds

SHY FX is a British DJ and producer from London whose music centres on jungle and drum and bass, often drawing on reggae and dub. He became known through the 1994 single “Original Nuttah” featuring UK Apache, and his catalogue also includes “Shake Ur Body,” the album Diary of a Digital Soundboy and the project Raggamuffin SoundTape. SHY FX staged club nights around his Digital Soundboy label and built his live work around DJ sets. His selections move through jungle, drum and bass, reggae and dub, and he has performed at Glastonbury Festival and Boomtown Fair.
