Sido in Berlin

Sido is a German rapper born Paul Würdig in Berlin in 1980. He became known through the duo Alles ist die Sekte, his work with B-Tight and the Aggro Berlin label, and the silver skull mask associated with his early career. His debut album, Maske, included “Mein Block”; later releases produced songs including “Bilder im Kopf” and the Andreas Bourani collaboration “Astronaut.” In 2010, Sido recorded MTV Unplugged Live aus’m MV at the Fontane-Haus in Märkisches Viertel, joined by guests including Adel Tawil and K.I.Z. The Tausend Tattoos Tour followed in 2019 and placed his catalogue in arenas across the German-speaking market. His recurring Christmas concerts have also become a distinct part of his live calendar at Columbiahalle.
