Sleep Theory is an American rock band formed in Memphis in 2019 by vocalist Cullen Moore. The group plays alternative metal and hard rock, and became known through the songs “Another Way,” “Numb” and “Fallout,” collected on the 2023 EP Paper Hearts. Its debut album, Afterglow, followed in 2025. Sleep Theory toured the United States in support of Shinedown and Beartooth after Paper Hearts introduced the band to rock-radio audiences. The group also joined the American festival circuit, performing at Welcome to Rockville and Sonic Temple.
