Sole Giménez in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

Sole Giménez is a Spanish singer and songwriter, born in Paris in 1963 and known as the longtime lead vocalist of the pop group Presuntos Implicados. Her voice is closely associated with songs including “Cómo hemos cambiado,” “Alma de blues” and “Todas las flores.” Her solo work has also drawn on bolero and the wider Latin American songbook, including the albums Dos gardenias and Pequeñas cosas. Between 1983 and 2006, Sole Giménez performed with Presuntos Implicados on concert tours through Spain and Latin America. She subsequently toured under her own name, combining solo material with songs from the group’s catalogue. The ¡Celebración! concerts marked four decades in music through repertoire from both stages of Sole Giménez’s career.
