About Sophie and the Giants
Sophie and the Giants are a British indie-pop band formed in Sheffield in 2015 and led by singer-songwriter Sophie Scott. Their early guitar-led work includes the EP Adolescence, while the songs “Hypnotized” and “In the Dark,” recorded with Purple Disco Machine, brought electronic pop into their catalogue; “Right Now” is another of their best-known singles.
Sophie and the Giants have played Glastonbury Festival as well as Reading Festival and Leeds Festival. The group presents its guitar-led songs and electronic collaborations in a full-band set fronted by Sophie Scott.
